Cancellation Policy
There is a 25% late cancel fee if you cancel 6 hours or less before your appointment.
No shows will be charged 50%
I have a 5 minute grace period, if you are running more than 5 minutes late you must text or call me and let me know I may not be able to complete any or some of the service(s). If you have to cancel as a result of running late (TRAFFIC IS NOT AN EXCEPTION GIVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME TO ARRIVE) this will result in a 25% late cancel fee.
New body waxing clients must have 2 weeks of hair growth to be waxed, if not enough hair this results in a late cancel fee.
